One World Observatory

The One World Observatory experience at One World Trade Center in New York City starts from the moment visitors arrive. We created a fully immersive music and sound design palate and onsite mix, immersing visitors in audio themes at the lobby level and then carrying them through to an interactive map that signals where people are arriving from around the world. From there visitors journey through the “Voices” of the building section where we mixed music scores, sound design and the voices of the individuals that worked on One World Trade Center. In Foundations, people will experience the bedrock that the building is built upon along with sounds that would be present deep below the earth. The Elevator to the top is an experience like no other as NYC builds up around you from the early 1600s through to present day arriving at the 102nd floor. Once at the top visitors immediately enter the See Forever Theater for a magical film and audio experience ending with a view of the city. Throughout the observation deck there are interactive displays and music that surrounds visitors. Finally the ride down is something out of Hollywood with one of the most unbelievable visual and sound experiences ever created in an elevator giving a full 360 degree view of One World Trade Center. From creative concepts to original scores and sound design to the final onsite mix, we were responsible for overseeing the entire audio experience and delivering one of the worlds most innovative experiences.
